*Underwear, socks, shapewear, lingerie, or other intimate items for hygienic reasons.

Order Cancellations

Due to our automated fulfillment process, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Lovizelle does not cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with returning items. Return Label Requirement: All returned orders must include a return label with your shipment. Returns without a return label may not be approved for a refund. 

Conditions for Sale Items

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
